1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to LTT Media ("Let's Talk Truth", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LTT Media website (www.lttmedia.ie), including all content, services, features, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LTT Media, operated by Aaron Joyce as a sole trader, based in Munster, Ireland.

LTT Media provides news, analysis, commentary, opinion, and multimedia content for informational and journalistic purposes only.
Editorial Content: All original editorial content published by LTT Media is the intellectual property of LTT Media unless otherwise stated. Opinions expressed in articles, opinion pieces, podcasts, interviews, or user contributions are those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of LTT Media as an organisation.
Third-Party Content: The Service may include content sourced from wire services, news agencies, embedded feeds, and other third-party sources. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under fair use principles or applicable licensing agreements.

Tips & Story Submissions: By submitting a tip, story idea, or information to LTT Media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, investigate, develop, and publish that information, in whole or in part, in any format and through any medium. We may contact you for follow-up but are not obligated to use any submission.
Comments: Where commenting is enabled, you are solely responsible for your comments. LTT Media does not pre-screen comments but reserves the right to remove any comment at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Ownership: You represent and warrant that your Contributions are your original work, do not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have the right to grant the licences set out herein.
6. Third-Party Links & Content
The Service contains links to third-party websites, embedded media feeds, and external content sources that are not owned or controlled by LTT Media. This includes, but is not limited to, embedded news feeds, social media integrations, live video streams, and reference links.
LTT Media has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that LTT Media shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
Your interactions with third-party websites are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LTT Media expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LTT Media, its founder, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
- Any damages arising from any content on the Service
- Any damages arising from unauthorised access to or use of our servers or systems
This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if LTT Media has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LTT Media, its founder Aaron Joyce, affiliates, contributors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:
- Your access to and use of the Service
- Your violation of any provision of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your Contributions caused damage to a third party
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
10. Modifications to Terms & Service
LTT Media reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
11. Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. LTT Media may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by ceasing to access the website.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland. However, LTT Media retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
EU Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. LTT Media is not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall be construed as if the invalid provision had never been included.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LTT Media regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or proposals, whether oral or written, between you and LTT Media.
Failure by LTT Media to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
